I decided to give myself a challenge. My challenge was to make two outfits using the same shirt. This shirt is my new favorite item I got right after Christmas and finding multiple ways to wear it is going to really make it go a long ways.
First I decided to pair the tights, which are a beautiful dark plum color with some cute flowery shorts, my favorite top, a pair of pointy toe kiten heels and my favorite bubble necklace from Au Natural Baby. I absolutely love this look. It is perfect for a date night. The tights were extremely comfortable which is a plus. I haven't worn tights since I was probably 5 so I was surprised at how amazing they felt on. I liked that they made my legs look great as well.
I also received a pair of cordaroy brown leggings. This top was a perfect choice for both of these but I decided I wanted to give the cordaroys a more laid back everyday look. I paired them with a pair of flat black boots and a more simple statement necklace in aqua that added a pop of color. They were comfortable which is great for a Mom on the run. I would say this outfit would also be perfect for someone going to class or even on a lunch date.
Both of these outfits are perfect for the cooler weather and easy to mix and match with other items in my closet. I will be getting more color tights and trying a different pair of leggings ASAP!
