I had to share this since I know many of us are starting the New Year off right! On Groupon they have two different Jillian Michaels work out DVD's! I know I have seen a lot of success with the 30 Day Shred from people on My Fitness Pal so I ordered the one with that one in it but the other one has some great choices as well. Each comes with 3 DVDs and they are only $20! You can't go wrong there!
