iPhone Tap Trak App!

by - October 24, 2012

Calling all iPhone users! Have you heard of the new App called TapTrak? Well, if you haven't now is the time to go check it out. TapTrak is a micro-journal app that helps keep life organized and documented.  Basically this app is great for everyone because we are all trying to do just that and keep track of our daily lives all while being connected through Facebook and Twitter. This app helps you set goals, keep track of dates, sets reminders and so much more.

When I began using this app I set up a To Do List, Fitness Section and a Christmas List for Ace. I loved being able to keep track of each of these lists on my phone because I have it with me at all times. If I see something I think Ace will like for Christmas I can quickly tap it into my phone and save it to that specific folder.
When I work out I can easily keep track of how many push ups, crunches, sit ups and jumping jacks I do. There is also a timer and stop watch which is perfect for running. The To Do list is great because if you want to use it over each week you just reset it and you can have the same list without making a new one each week. Simple as that!

My Handy To Do List for the Day!

Another thing I thought about when using this app was how handy it would have been when I first had Ace. Those first few weeks were extremely difficult. He cried all the time. I was nursing, pumping and supplementing. As anyone who has ever breastfed knows it is a very tiring "job". You also want to remember which side you last fed your baby on, how long your baby nursed for on each side, time in between nursing and throw pumping and supplementing into the mix and you are going to be one stressed out Mom. TapTrak can actually help alleviate some of that stress.
Another great feature is you can use it through your child's growth. Record when your child first smiled and then instantly share it through Facebook or Twitter right from the app! The first year of your child's life can be exhausting but also the most incredible time. There are so many experiences, firsts and moments that we want to remember. This app makes keeping those memories for you to look back on easy to store and share. I wish I had had this app when Ace was born or heck, even when I was pregnant so I could track doctors appointments, weight gain, prenatal pill reminders and anything else my pregnancy brain forgot about.
